...Naturally gifted with an astonishing tonal range, Kozená's emotionally nuanced delivery is nothing short of mesmerising.  The programme's pairing of Joseph Haydn's Arianna A Naxos, based on the Greek myth of Ariadne and Theseus, with Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Vitellia from La Clemenza Di Tito - both of them tragic heroines - is an inspired platform for Kozená to vocalise a pain, anguish and desolation which is heart-rending in scope and utterly convincing in its truthfulness. více

Vyprodaným koncertem světově proslulé mezzosopranistky Magdaleny Kožené se souborem Private Musicke a programem „Lettere Amorose“ , který se dne 3. 11. uskutečnil v pražském Rudolfinu, odstartovalo první turné tohoto projektu v dalekých zemích Asie. Lettere Amorose je bezesporu jednou z nejúspěšnějších CD nahrávek, kterou slavná mezzosopranistka natočila pro Deutsche Grammophon. Od jejího vydání v roce 2010 vystoupili Magdalena Kožená s Private Musicke s tímto neobvyklým a málo známým repertoárem s obrovským ohlasem na řadě koncertů v mnoha zemích Evropy. A bylo tedy nasnadě, že tento úspěšný projekt bude velmi žádaný také ze strany mimoevropských pořadatelů. V rámci asijského turné se uskutečnilo celkem 6 koncertů – dva v Číně (Šanghaj, Hong Kong), tři v Japonsku (dva v Tokiu, jeden v Nagoje) a jeden v Jižní Koreji (Soul). více
